These photos were taken of the children and teachers of All Souls Roman Catholic School, in 1952 and 1953. Daniel O'Connell, who was a teacher at the school, removed the photos as they were going to be thrown out. At the time, photography was expensive and the families of the children were unable to purchase the pictures. Mr O'Connell did not want the photos to be destroyed. For all of you who are seeing these photos for the first time, we hope you enjoy them and that they bring back memories. Please feel free to copy and save them. Although some are not in great condition, computers can work magic!
